## Current capabilities
- Property observations: retained county assessment facts, exact integer-cent amounts and nullable fields. Unknown source tax years remain unknown; an import date is not a tax year.
- Named ownership groups: repeated retained owner-name labels, parcel counts and total county-appraised value. These do not prove identity, ownership authority, cash purchases, acquisition prices or sale intent.
- Retained notices: publication, identity, type and parcel fields. These do not verify current debt, legal status or future events.
- CAD geometry, samples, CSV exports, enriched dossiers, persona scores, ground scaling, purchases, subscriptions and paid delivery are unavailable pending source, redistribution rights and artifact evidence. No synthetic records, checkout, delivery or outreach is produced.
