What changed
- Preview supported Hamilton County property records and owner-name groups before signing in, with sources and missing facts shown.
- Work through relevant search questions, keep explicit answers and skips, and save or resume searches in a separate GISDB account.
- Review an available records or recurring offer before choosing checkout. Prices, coverage and update frequency come from that offer.
- After checkout, reopen the same order to check payment, access and download availability separately.
No recurring plan is active at this release; subscription checkout requires a published price, coverage and update schedule.
Owner-name groups do not identify verified buyers or selling intent. Notice dossiers, CAD exports and motivation scores are unavailable. Pausing search updates does not cancel renewal.
Connection update
Property records and leads now use the GISDB connection. If you previously accessed them through Untax, add GISDB separately. An Untax login or VA permission does not grant GISDB access.
Quick start
- Start at GISDB and review the available coverage.
- In an assistant that supports remote MCP connections, add https://gisdb.io/mcp. The host must support the connection and its registered sign-in flow.
- Ask to browse Hamilton County, Tennessee property records. Sign in to your GISDB account when you choose to save a search or manage an order.
