What changed
GISDB now offers 15 tools and one research skill. Property records and owner-name groups share one research entry. Pausing and resuming lead updates share one control. Existing search limits and saved-search protections remain in place.
- Browse available counties and recorded property facts without signing in.
- Answer relevant questions one at a time, then save or reopen a search in your GISDB account.
- Review the exact package, price and renewal terms before choosing checkout.
- Check payment, subscription access and downloaded files as separate results.
Purchasing, cancelling renewal and opening billing management remain explicit actions. Pausing lead updates does not cancel a monthly subscription.
Refresh an existing connection
This release replaces the previous 17-tool catalog. Refresh the tool list in your assistant. If it still shows retired names, reconnect the existing GISDB connection at https://gisdb.io/mcp with the same GISDB account.
- Use
gisdb_search_recordswith the selected property-record or owner-portfolio mode instead of the two separate research readers. - Use
gisdb_set_lead_updateswith an explicit pause or resume action and the returned current revision.
The research skill links to focused package and account guides when needed. Internal processing instructions are not part of the public connection.
Use GISDB in chat
- Use an assistant that supports remote connections and the registered sign-in flow.
- Add https://gisdb.io/mcp.
- Ask: “Browse Hamilton County, Tennessee property records. Show their source and missing facts.”
- For lead packages, ask: “Help me compare the available packages. Ask which package and delivery option I want before showing an offer.”
- To return later, ask: “Reopen my saved GISDB search and check the same order for payment and file availability.”
Unknown or skipped answers remain unanswered. A saved search, checkout link or browser return does not establish payment or delivery. Payment details stay on the hosted checkout page.
Coverage and other services
Use current returned coverage and offers. County records and owner-name labels do not establish sale intent, cash purchases, mortgage debt, equity or development permission. Notice enrichment, motivation scoring and CAD exports remain unavailable through this connection.
For assessment disputes or veteran property-tax relief, use Untax’s separate setup ↗. Accounts, permissions and orders stay separate; transfer public county or parcel context only when you choose.
